Sumazau in Putrajaya by CSAMUCH

A team of dancers from CSAMUCH were invited to perform a Sabah dance for Kementerian Sumber Asli dan Alam Sekitar Gawai Kaamatan Open House in Putrajaya, July 6th 2011.

The team performed Sumazau for the ministry's several hundred staff, including VIP Datuk Seri Douglas Unggah Embas, Minister of Natural Resources and Environment and his deputy.

They were joined by MAHSA's cultural club which also performed sumazau and a bidayuh dance, and also a team of dancers from sungai besi camp, which performed ngajat with sape. Melissa Francis belted out a Kadazan number and later on accompanied a poco-poco session with an Iban song.

CSA joined other dancers to lead the VIP and guests during the Poco-Poco session, very happening indeed. Thank you to all who made this an event to remember.
